My name is Madame Mayhem, and I'm a singer, songwriter and frontwoman of the rock band, also called Madame Mayhem.
I'm extremely passionate about performing live. The stage is my home.
I love rocking it out and have a good time. I'm obsessed with dogs, and I have a real sugar problem. Reese's are my weakness.

What brought you into the music industry?
Since I was a child the only thing I've ever wanted to be was a singer, musician and performer.
How is your life affected by COVID-19?
As an independent artist, touring has been one of the best ways to grow, connect with fans, and promote new music. With live performances and large gatherings shut down for the foreseeable future, it's felt like the momentum we built over the years has been brought to a grinding halt. It hasn't just impacted touring, but made it challenging to safely travel and collaborate in person with band members and other musicians.
Have I benefited from a COVID relief fund?
How do you feel in general?
Trying my best to stay positive, songwrite and connect with fans on social media, but it's been difficult to focus and stay creative at times with my anxiety among all this uncertainty in the world. With so many being affected and having to overcome various hardships right now, I feel very fortunate to have an incredible support system of amazing friends and family. Everyone is doing their best to power through and when we eventually return to some sense of normalcy, I think live music will be as important to the livelihoods of artists and crews as it will be a welcomed escape for fans.
A short funny/memorable/touching story on the job.
I met a young fan after performing at a music festival in Indiana. Her guardian shared that after facing many hardships in her life she was extremely quiet and shy to most people, but my singing gave her confidence and encouraged her to speak up. She felt comfortable enough to run to our merch booth giving me a big hug and sharing that I was her favorite singer. She watched the rest of the festival at our booth while we smiled, rocked out and talked about her love for music. I was very emotional after being told that I inspired her. Moments like that, knowing I can have an impact and help people through my music, just reaffirmed my love and passion for music and the industry.
