What brought you into the music industry?

Being in the wrong place at the right time.

How is your life affected by COVID-19?

Life as I knew it was cancelled, indefinitely.

Have I benefited from a COVID relief fund?

How do you feel in general?

Ironically, being forced to stop moving around for work has allowed me to finally catch up with myself. In some ways it has been a blessing in disguise.  I was never a pessimist and this pandemic is not going to make me one. I am hopeful that we will all come out of this just fine.

A note from Nora about The Rock and Roll Project

At the start of the pandemic, it took a lot of adjusting to get acclimated to our new normal but as the resilient humans we are, we adapted pretty quickly. That was when my days started to stretch on forever and I started to feel restless stuck at home. I started to miss being out on the road, living life one show at a time. Unfortunately, the current situation is not allowing any of that and for many of my close friends in the industry, things are not at all in their favor. When Dana reached out to me with the idea of The Rock and Roll Project, I knew I wanted to jump on board! I have been a great supporter of Dana’s work and brand and I was excited about the prospect of working together with her on this charity effort to help a community that is so close to home. The world is not in a very happy state and that was all the motivation we needed to kickstart this project. Our aim is to reach out to as many people who are able to help contribute to the project and in turn touch as many souls to make a difference, no matter how small. Saying that, over here we only strive for big things, always!  We have so many inspirational stories to share from countless souls from the music community here on this blog, so please check back for new posts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!
